Sensui has made a significant commitment toward preserving our environment

We have taken several measures toward this commitment including registering with the U.S. Green Building Council's 'Leadership in Environmental and Efficient Design' (LEED) Program. We are proud to say that we are the first LEED certified spa in California. In addition, our facilities were the first LEED certified building in Seal Beach.

There are several stringent requirements in obtaining a LEED certificate. The requirements fall in each of the following categories:

        - Sustainable Sites
        - Water Efficiency
        - Energy and Atmosphere
        - Materials & Resources
        - Indoor Environmental Quality
        - Innovation & Design Process
